We are in the process of implementing Plunet BusinessManager, a robust solution that will improve both the automation of our workflows and the efficiency of our processes.
It is a highly efficient system for planning, controlling and handling localization and translation projects with clearly defined workflow processes and transparent structures and works hand in hand with and actively supports our certified quality management processes.
The user-friendly and intuitive project management combined with essential business functionalities and optimized flexibility will translate into efficiencies not only for HTT but also for our customers and linguists. To ensure a smooth workflow from the very beginning to the end of each and every project, our clients and vendors will be assigned unique login credentials in order to access secure login portals. Using the client portal, clients will have the ability to request projects and view the status of quotes and orders, right at their fingertips.
Overall, the system supplied by Plunet will translate into significant cost and time savings throughout the entire supply chain and improve overall service quality by eliminating any potential errors that may otherwise occur as a result of manual processes.
